Hidmona, named after the traditional houses of the Eritrean highlands, was founded in 2019 by Abraham Tekle, a refugee from Eritrea. At Hidmona, we take pride in serving authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes, bringing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of our homeland to our community.
